How did you hear about Roller Derby and DRD?

I first heard about roller derby from a friend, who at the time were reffing at GCRD. They persuaded me to go to a new intake session and I've been hooked ever since! I was first aware of DRD as the opposition team whilst skating with GCRD. I moved to Dundee about four years ago joined DRD at that time!

What position do you skate in?

Blocker

Any advice for people thinking about getting involved with derby?

Get low. Then get lower.

What's your favourite derby memory?

So many! Our wee league exceeding expectations at international tournaments, or the time we won a game with a roster of seven skaters.

Any other hobbies outwith roller derby?

Swimming and getting up into the hills.

Do you have any pets?

Yes I'm parent to Keith, the cutest ginger rescue cat. He's the best.
