Quite a few things! I'm terrible at answering questions like these...

Has Derby changed your non-Derby life and if so how?

I wouldn't be lying if I said Roller Derby was the best thing to ever happen to me, and my only regret is not starting it sooner. I am much more emotionally resilient, and overall it has helped greatly with my physical and mental health.

Do your friends and family understand your passion/love for derby?

I think so. My friends and family are all extremely supportive, and agree that Roller Derby is a hugely positive influence in my life.

Who inspires you?

Everyone in derby, in some form or another!

Who do you choose as next month’s Skater of the Month?

I wish I could choose multiple people, however Claire aka GoldGinger stands out just now. She has worked very hard to improve her game, and her enthusiasm and attitude are great.
